How did I not know this place existed? Super cosy and chill. The staff are welcoming, the chai is authentic and the vibes are totally relaxed. I will be sure to come here EVERY time I pass through Geelong. It's such a nice place to hide away from the world, tucked down an alley, secreted away from the hustle and bustle of the town. My only comment would be on the 'moments and memories' decoration on the wall. It's incredibly out of place. It's a strange Victorian-esque typography piece that screams of something best left in the 90s. It does not fit the vibe at all and makes the cafe feel very dated. I'd definitely pull it down and opt for some more traditional decoration instead. Something more Indian... Regardless, I will be back to this amazing cafe with its gorgeous loft room, perfect for squirreling yourself away in with a good book.

Exceptional Chai, Chaat and Snacks.. Love the vibe and the ambience.. reminds me of the 90s in Chennai. If you are after the best Chai in a cuddly spot, Chaiverse is the place for you.

We went here for brunch and ordered few things like wada pav, samosa chaat, bhelpuri, dahi puri and they were good. We ordered Bombay sandwich which was just basic and we didn't liked that much. The prices were cheap and the quantity was good too The staff was amazing.

Takes you back to your childhood growing up in India. Absolute bare-bones team keeping everything running, but credit to their effort. Finally a masala chai that’s made fresh in store and refreshing unlike their contemporaries selling sub-par instant tea mixed with hot water.

A very nostalgic experience. Very affordable, friendly staff and humble owner. #supportlocal My favourites were the ginger chai, cardamon chai, Horlicks, kesar badam, boost with some Parle-G biscuits or rusk. Maggi with veggies, samosa chat and pav bhaji would be my top picks.
